HATC Trading and General Constructionare is headquartered in Iraq/Baghdad and were founded in 2007  by Engineering Osama Chad. The company began as trades contractor, in the early 2008’s expanded to provides general contracting and construction management services. Since the founding of our company, we have grown into a resounding success story providing construction services to our clients throughout Iraq regions.

We take pride in becoming the premier construction in Iraq and Kurdistan. Our  main regional office is licensed to perform the work.

Our construction team members are some of the leading experts in the construction industry and are committed to deliver a professional and satisfied work. We have cooperated with the Minister of Electric and power distribution in Iraq to provide  overhead power lines and underground transmission lines.

• Our company started with 1 billion IDQ under the name of Hadarat Al-Tasameem for general trading limitations (L.T.D) and located in Baghdad Iraq. The company has the authority to open up multiple offices inside and outside Iraq.

• The main goal is to invest money for profit trading and material caused by importing and exporting goods and have to be substantially equivalent to the legal commercial distribution in Iraq (rule number 30 for the year 1984). Our work includes the contract with companies’ material  such as Electricity, Mechanics, Building Construction and Deconstruction, Laying Down Cables, Road Paving, and Water Sewage.

• As our company has the authority to work in the field of trading and construction, it has the power to own the money from the Iraqi  government for the contracting purpose, the authority to use tracks, houses that belong to Iraq government and Financial transactions to perform the task of the contract. We have no under hidden contract or any illegal statement throughout the history.

• Our company can work with another sector. Such as, commercial and socialist, cooperative and private sectors that work under the Iraqi role statement.

• The company can protect itself from any illegal statement by keeping the fund at insurance companies.
