HATC has provided the construction and rehabilitation of the boarding houses/dorms in University of Al-Fallujah. The project was signed in 2017 and completed in 2018 within the scope and specifications (90 days).
The beneficiary party is the reconstruction fund of the areas affected by terrorist operations.
